Video Options: The videos are offered in two bandwidth options. If you connect to the Internet with a high bandwidth connection, such as cable, then choose the Hi-BW option. If you connect to the Internet with a slightly lower bandwidth connection, such as DSL, then select the Reg-BW option. Either choice should give you an excellent experience of the channeling. The only difference is that the Reg-BW option supports a smaller video window size.

If you connect to the Internet with a dial-up connection, please experience the channelings by reading the textual transcriptions or listening to the audio recording. The videos will not work well for you.

The videos reflect the actual channel without edits. If a particular phrasing or verbiage does not resonate with you, please keep in mind that the messages were given specifically to the people present. They are personal and relevant - Spirit speaks directly to those individuals in a way that is appropriate to get the desired message across.

The English transcriptions have been edited slightly to adapt some languaging to a general audience. This is why you may find slight differences between the transcriptions and the video/audio. We asked Saint Germain for his permission to edit his run on sentences and this is his reply:

"The run on sentences come from run on energy. It’s up to you to put it into the appropriate words (spoken and written) that are understandable with proper sentence structure and paragraphs. My words are not such gospel truth that they need to be sent verbatim, word for word. It is the concept, it is the idea that is important so if you find a way in your language or in your vernacular to help people understand, you have the right - the privilege - to to edit the material in a way that is, in your wisdom, the most understandable."

The Spanish translations are generously provided by Magie Wolf Paz to whom I offer my deep gratitude. They are a product of the edited English transcriptions. As is the case with any translation, some literal meaning is lost when there are no words in the new language that precisely match the original.
