Greetings dear ones, I am St. Germain. Thank you for coming here tonight. You have some rather wet weather today and the roads were a bit treacherous for some. First you get in your little boxes with the round discs on them and you drive and the dynamics in the motor play as you travel from point A to point B.
You place a lot of trust in your vehicle, don’t you? You get in it and you turn it on and you know that it is going to start. You watch the gauges and make sure you feed it every now and again. You step on the gas and it speeds up and you step on the brakes and it slows down. And you have absolute faith and trust that when you get in this box on wheels that it’s going to do what you want it to and it usually does…amazing, amazing.
You’ve gotten to the point where you don’t even think about it anymore, do you? It’s very automatic, this thing you call driving. You push a little button and beep, beep…it opens up. You get in, you start it up and off you go. And you listen to music and you think about your day and you talk on your cell phone and you do your makeup.
You do all of these things and the act of driving becomes so automatic. It’s driving you, when you think about it. Can you think of anything else that is so automatic that you take for granted as driving? What other vehicles do you have that you move around in? That you crawl into and you feed it every now and again and… (Audience: “Your body?”) Yes, your body.
Your body is a vehicle, isn’t it? My how humans take their body vehicle for granted. Probably the most important thing is the food gauge – this you pay attention to. It’s much like your car – if you don’t put the gas in, it’s not going to run. You take this very seriously.
You’re very conscious about the gas. And humans, for the most part, are very conscious about the gas that they feed their bodies, too, knowing that if they feed it when they are hungry it will keep them moving along in the direction that they want to go.
You have new fuels that you are looking at to feed your cars. You are finding that the energy that you have available that you are using in your cars is not serving you the way that it has for all of these years. So, science is looking at different ways for you to fuel your car. As your society recognizes that it no longer serves you and makes choices accordingly, there, too, is an opportunity for humans to look at the food/fuel that you feed your own body/vehicles.
What do you think that’s going to be in the coming years? In cars it’s going to be ethanol or it could be water, it could be hydrogen, it could be any number of things that they are looking at with the new technologies that they are coming up with. Using magnets, different forms of energy, it’s all very interesting, isn’t it?
What about you, what about this physical body? What are you going to feed your physical body? There are different ways that you can feed your physical body and we talked about this some time ago about the frequency of the foods that you eat and how it is the frequency that the physicality needs. It’s not food itself and so as you look for alternative fuels for your body, what are those going to be?
Now in the automotive world, the car is a temporary thing. There was a time – some of you were there in the lands of Lemuria and Atlantis – where teleportation made it unnecessary to have a vehicle. Anyone remember those good old days? Just have the thought of where you want to be and there you are. That time will come again where you will be able to have a thought and transport yourself to another location without having to get into the car and drive, in time, to somewhere else that you want to be.
But right now you can’t. There are some humans out there that are doing it but for the most part, the human brain is still stuck in their automobiles. The same is true in terms of the way in which your physical body – the way you take care of it, what you put in it – is important from the standpoint of the frequencies that you use to fuel this body and the physics of the way in which those frequencies work, feed and nourish the systems and organs within it.
There is a way in which those physics are established on this plane – they will be for some time, until you get to the point where you can create those frequencies from thought. Where you can have the concept of the frequencies in 5D and anchor them into 3D and nourish your body simply by thought, by intent to gather and to feed.
So in the meantime, you are stuck with the old technology, aren’t you, of eating and feeding and nourishing your body the old fashioned way. Things will be changing, however, and it is important for you, each one of you individually to learn now what it is that your body is saying to you so that you can listen to what your body is saying. Everyone has a different evolutionary pace and so everyone will have a different experience of how this dynamic unfolds in their particular vehicle.
Start building your relationship with your body vehicle now. Listen to it…pay attention to it… what is it saying to you? What are the symptoms that your body is trying to get your attention with to give you a nudge, to give you a hint, that there is an imbalance somewhere and that it needs more of one thing and getting too much of something else. Your body, in its own wisdom, has its own internal gauges that tell it how it is running to its optimum. It’s you, the driver, that is responsible for reading the gauges that your body vehicle is showing you.
So, pay attention to these things and ask. Ask your inner wisdom. If it is your sight, what is it that you are not willing to see on an mental, emotional or spiritual level? If it’s your back, how is it that you are not feeling supported? If it’s your shoulder, is it something where you feel like you are carrying the weight, where you’re responsible for something or you’re not responsible enough? What is the imbalance?
There is a wonderful angel named Louise Hay who has written a beautiful book – she has channeled material about the way that the body communicates and the symptoms that it creates in order to get our attention. There is a beautiful correlation between what happens spiritually, emotionally and mentally and the connection between the different areas of the body, the different organs.
So, it’s important to watch and read this map to understand what is happening in your body because it is quite important as things shift and change. When you are driving in your car, if you hear a noise somewhere in the back end, you’re going to stop and ask someone who knows about this and say, “I have a noise in my back end, will you look at it”.
And, you’ll tell this person, this mechanic, where the noise is and what the noise sounded like and this mechanic will know, based on your description of the symptoms, what the problem might be and he might have a solution as to how to fix it.
The same thing is true as you go forward in your evolution as changes come about subtly in the ways that your physicality shifts as you begin adapting to the different energies coming in. Your physicality evolves in very subtle ways as your body is telling you that things are changing. The old food doesn’t work anymore.
So this is a strong suggestion that I would make. It is to pay attention to your body vehicle and learn now – develop a relationship with your body, a very close relationship. Feel it…begin to develop sensitivity as energies are coming in. Notice where you feel it in your body when you are having a conversation with someone. The emotions – where you are feeling it in your body? Not just in the gross emotional identifications that you have become comfortable with.
You know what fear is and what love is…happiness and frustration…you know all of those major emotions. You know WHAT it feels like but WHERE do you feel it? Where in your body do you feel your emotions? Is it in your solar plexus, is it a twinge in your back, does your head begin to hurt, do you feel a little something poking you in the back of your ear? Pay attention to your body. It is telling you something. Your body is a very wise, wise organism. It has its own intelligence.
We think Miriam might have a little something to say now. (Rhonda Lynn: “Thank you St. Germain for introducing her.”) You’re welcome dear one. You’re getting better at recognizing the shift.
Dear ones, good evening. I am Miriam. I would like to talk a little bit about home tonight. Home is a subject that has come up recently with my partner. There is something that I would like to clarify. Human’s relationship with their home is very similar to how your soul inhabits your body. Your body is your soul’s home. It is where your spirit lives.
The way in which you care for your physical body, your physical home, is so symbolic. In human nature, there’s typically a similarity between how we care for our external home – the house in which we live, the home that we create for ourselves, the environment that we create – and how we care for our bodies.
They both relate to self-care. The body is the home for the soul. Your house is a home for your body. So they are all related and they are all expressions of self-care – how you love yourself…how you connect with the essence of who you are…how you create that safe space in which you live, that environment that nurtures and supports you as you go about unfolding in this lifetime as a human. This is all very important. It is a very important part of the human experience. So, what is your environment to you? What is your relationship with your environment?
St. Germain spoke a few moments ago about getting to know your body…to have a relationship with your body and read the signs. Listen to it – it has intelligence – so that you can care for it properly because it is the vehicle that will take you from point A to point B on this planet.
What about your physical environment? What does that say to you? How does that speak to you? That which you have created around you, that surrounds you, that nurtures you and gives you a safe, warm place to be…out of the sun, out of the rain…a safe environment in which you live. What is it saying to you? What is the message that it is giving to you? What is it mirroring back to you?
That which you have created outside of yourself is indicative…it is metaphoric…it is symbolic of that which you have within your self. If we connect those dots and look at our environment – not only our home in which we live, the place where we sleep and eat, and laugh and play – but also the exterior environment of our friendships, our relationships, our work…where we live and work.
You spend much, much time at work, don’t you? That’s an environment that you have created for yourself. What does that say? As a mirror, does it show back to you; love, compassion, care, concern? Your relationships, as a mirror, you created them. They are an expression of you putting your energy out. You are creating all of these things around you. Your environment is made up of myriad of these things. From the little knick-knacks you have on your dresser to the pencil cup you have on your desk. These are all expressions, things that you have created.
It has been said that we are not to become attached to our things. Attachment to things, the things that you own, the things that you collect and surround yourself with is an interesting dynamic. On one hand, you collect it, you buy it, you keep it, you place it somewhere and it has value. If it came from your mother it might have sentimental value. If it came from someone you love – perhaps your child…something that they made for you when they were in kindergarten – that value too will be sentimental.
If you worked for years and saved and saved and saved to buy yourself a special pair of earrings and to gift them to yourself, this too has value. Not only the monetary value that reflects the energy that you put into purchasing them – that energetic exchange with which you bought them – but also because it is symbolic of something very important. That you gifted yourself with this…that you honored yourself by purchasing something so valuable.
What is the attachment? What is that attachment to you? What is that energy of possession that causes humans to become so attached? What is that exactly? (Audience: “fear of losing it?”) Fear of losing it, very good. Why is that a fear? Why would you be afraid of losing a thing? If you created it once, you can create it again, it’s easy.
Something of sentimental value though, that is something different, isn’t it? Perhaps it is irreplaceable. Perhaps it is that little bowl that your child made for you in kindergarten and if it breaks, it is gone forever. So, the things that we surround ourselves with, and the degree to which we become attached to them, has a relationship…it has a meaning…it has a representation.
When we become attached to something, it becomes a part of us. The energy of that thing and the energy of who we are becomes enmeshed…becomes confused. We become so much a part of that thing that when we loose it, we loose a part of ourselves. It is a confusion of energy, this thing we call attachment. So, if we drop that precious bowl from your child and watch it break and let it go, the energetic attachment would not be there and this would be the preferable situation, would it not?
Dear ones, wanting to have things is not a sin, as they say. It’s not the wanting of things that you should avoid, it is the attachment to the things. It’s okay to have them, it’s okay for you to possess them, it’s okay for you to value them, it’s okay for you to look at this bowl and embrace it with joy and pride and to have that thing mean something to you. It’s okay to treasure things.
What does attachment look like? If it was taken away from you or if it were destroyed, would it hurt, would you feel it? What if your old college yearbooks, all of your clothing, precious silver, your mom’s best china, a small fortune in electronic equipment, computers…if all of that burned down tomorrow, would you be able to walk away and say, “Thank God for my life. I’ll get it again. All of those things meant something to me but a part of me did not burn down with the house”. Do you see?
Out of your resistance to attachment, it’s not necessary that you don’t collect things or you don’t treasure things or you don’t accept gifts from other people. It’s that you keep your energy sovereign, that the object is simply an object. The memories and the specialness that you value…the sentimental value…is in your heart. It’s something in a memory that you store. It’s not in the object. The energy that you hold for this is something that you store energetically in your fibers. It’s not something that you put on the object. Does this make sense?
So, dear ones, if you see a bauble that fancies you or some clothing that makes you feel royal, or if there’s a picture that transports you to another dimension just by looking at it…buy it, get it! Surround yourself with beautiful things that nurture you and make you feel good. There’s a vibration that you create in your environment – in your home environment – that is healthy and it’s this picture that transports you somewhere else.
Every time you look at that you create an energetic flow between you and that picture, and that’s healthy. This is nurturing, this sustains you. You buy it because of the emotional reaction that you get by having these things and so this supports you so that you can go out and be in service and continue to do the things that you do.
There are some who are called to an austere life. Some are called to rid themselves of all of their possessions, to live in monasteries, to lead a very simple life. This is their choice…this is their choice. This is a situation where perhaps the attachment issue is something that they came in with and that it is a deep issue that they need to work with.
And, it could also be a choice that by clearing themselves of all of their possessions they can see clearly. There isn’t a distraction and they can focus on that thing that they need to focus on. So, I’m not saying that either choice is better or worse. What I’m saying is that neither is bad. So don’t feel bad if you have things that you value. Just be cautious that you’re not attached.
In this life you have the ability to manifest whatever it is that you want and so you can bring into your life anything and everything that you choose. So do it! But do some spring cleaning every now and then. Be cautious as you surround yourself with all of these wonderful things.
You may have a connection with this beautiful piece of artwork that makes your heart sing but when that relationship is over and it no longer serves you and it no longer makes your heart sing, it’s time to go. It’s time to bring in something else. Some other something that stimulates your cells and makes your heart pump, makes you heart sing, gives you joy. You don’t want to keep clutter around your environment with things that no longer serve you. This is something that you would want to do on a regular basis.
On a regular basis, evaluate…does this still hold value for me, do I still cherish this piece of art or this bowl…does this still give me that joy to own it? And if it does not, humans have this wonderful thing called a yard sale.
This is a good thing to teach your children as well – a time to let go…the constant circulation of energy. Energy is constantly moving and so those things that are in your lives, that you surround yourselves with, you need to constantly turn them over. Teach your children to circulate.
Just as you, as an energetic being, are constantly in a state of change, so should your environment because your environment reflects who you are. Change the furniture, move it around, buy a new rug, get rid of the old one. Changing the things in your house is much like changing your clothes. It’s what you wear on the outside of you that reflects who you are.
So, dear ones, I would leave you now, sending you all of my love, my adoration. I am honored that I am able to come here to explain. Thank you.
